Tax Implications - LLC & S-Corps - CEBC 0065 - 003 - Access Salt Lake

These workshops will help business owners understand and comply with federal/state statutes and reporting requirements. This course compares the pros and cons between LLCs and S Corporations. If you are deciding between these two types of business entities, you will not want to miss this workshop! The objective of the workshop is to create an awareness of the various business & tax options available through a Limited Liability Company structure, so that participants can make an informed choice on how to form and use a Limited Liability Company to their best advantage. We will cover the need-to-know data about LLCs and Corporations: 1. Formation of an LLC in Utah, 2. Advantages of the LLC structure, 3. Various tax reporting options for an LLC, including reporting as a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation or S corporation. 4. We'll also cover the advantages and disadvantages of each and when best to use each option.
