The class introduces a breakthrough method of understanding and solving Weight Management, ADHD, Autism, Depression, and more. In this class, you will discover your Weight Management type and strategies to use, the talents and unique skills you have while balancing some of the difficulties that come with the territory. This course includes an introductory lecture and self-paced workbook exercises (a 30-day program about), with a unique series of small group interactions during the introduction (about 2 hours) that make this unlike any class you have taken. This method is to help set you on your path and give you control over the situation (for you or your children). You will learn where ADHD is coming from, how to get where you want to go and how to be an organized, focused, meaningful thinker. Taking this class you will become 1)more able to see clearly, 2) have less stress compared to now, 3) see life with deeper meaning then ever before, and 4) will know how to solve the problem. The 4-Column and 6-Row matrix works every time so far. Years of personal research on a different track accidentally came up with what ADHD really is (and autism, weight management, depression) has allowed Rhonda Fletcher, our presenter, to create this new method of understanding ADHD. The government are still trying to figure this out, - come and hear. The DSM, handbook for psychologists, is a description of a bunch of labels that are not accurate, not valid, which is saying that the cause is a mystery (Thomas Insel, Director of the National Institute of Mental Health 2002 to 2015).
