About Bill Olderog:  Bill Olderog has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business and a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology. He has studied for a number of years the Navajo language and culture and the Native American orientation to business and work. His doctoral dissertation focused upon the similarities and differences between Navajo and Anglo-American preferences in the workplace. He is currently a faculty member at the College of Eastern Utah – San Juan Campus where he teaches a broad range of business-related classes and serves as Business Department Chair. He is also Regional Director of the San Juan County Small Business Development Center. In addition to training and consulting, he is involved in various economic development projects throughout the Four Corners Region and serves on several business and regional economic development boards. Prior to joining CEU and the SBDC, he worked for an international public accounting firm and served as financial controller/general manager for a company in Dallas, Texas.
